What is your preferred fieldbus?

The choice for the most appropriate fieldbus is probably as old as modern automation itself. On the one hand, it may be determined by the application area or the industry your machine will serve, or perhaps a global or country preference will drive the decision. Our real-time Ethernet fieldbus perfectly suits motion-centric automation and is now universally accepted across all industries and markets. This high speed fieldbus system is our single choice and we believe it gives our customers convenient and straightforward interfacing across our wide range of I/O devices, couplers, relays and other machine components.

The EtherCAT® Bus Coupler connects the real-time Ethernet system with modular, extendable electronic terminal blocks. A complete unit consists of a bus coupler, a set of bus terminals and one end terminal.   SPECIFICATIONS

The Standard-Bus End Terminal is required to enable data exchange between the Bus Coupler and the Bus Terminals. Each Bus Terminal block must be terminated at the right-hand end using this terminal. The Standard-Bus End Terminal does not provide any

The Isolation/Separation Terminal interrupts the power contacts within a bus terminal block, enabling operation with different voltages on the separated sides of the power contacts. The Standard-Bus is looped through. An orange front plate on the ter

These power feed terminals allow you to set up various potential groups with standard 24 VDC voltages. They are available with or without fine-wire fuse. The fused version also provides a diagnostics feature that reports the status of the power feed

This coupler connects the PROFIBUS system to the electronic terminal blocks, which can be extended in modular fashion. One unit consists of the PROFIBUS Coupler itself, up to 64 terminals for connecting digital inputs and outputs, and one end termina

These 4-Channel Digital Input terminals acquire binary 24 V control signals and transmit them to the higher-level automation system. The four channels have different input filters and indicate their signal state by means of LEDs. The input signals co
